With 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality sector, Kareka has held senior roles in corporate travel, luxury leisure, and hospitality management. He previously served as Senior Director of Sales for a major tour operator and as Director of Sales for National Accounts at a luxury tour operator. Now residing in Seattle, Kareka enjoys hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest's landscapes.

He also has a passion for cooking and using fresh, local ingredients inspired by his travels.
